SDEV Beautification Awards

SDEV appreciates the hard work you put into your home and landscape to make it look beautiful and would like to award you for it. Yearly, the SDEV Beautification Commission recognizes residential, commercial, and rental properties that are deserving of a beautification award. If you want to nominate your own property, a neighbor's or any other in Southwest Detroit for the 2010 awards, contact Kathy Stott at our office for a nomination form at 313-842-1961. 

2009 Beautification Award Winners.

This year the SDEV Beautification Commission awarded Beautification Awards to four residents and one business. 

SDEV received about 30 nominees and we would like to thank everyone for their participation. There were so many beautifully landscaped properties it was hard to select only five.

You too can be nominated/win a beautification award if you make a habit of doing simple things such as cleaning up the stray trash around your home and help make the block even more presentable!
